Return Policy

You have 7 days from receipt of goods to return for buyer's remorse. You are responsible for the cost of returning your items. Please contact charmpalaceofficial@gmail.com before returning any items. There is a 10% restocking fee and the original shipping will not be refunded.

 

If items are damaged, please contact the email address above to get your refund processed.  We will provide you postage via email.  We require that items are sent back before a full refund is given. 

 

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON CUSTOM SHOES AT ALL.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You have the option to cancel your order up until the time you get the shipping notification.  We usually ship same day so you need to make sure that you contact us expeditiously to cancel using the email charmpalaceofficial@gmail.com  If you decide to cancel your order for any reason outside of our control there will be a 10% restocking fee to offset payment processing fees.  It will be deducted from your refund.
